Cancellation Policy:

Users can cancel their active membership at any time, but the amount paid will not be refunded.

Technical Issues / Duplicate Payments:

In case the transaction is deducted twice due to a payment gateway error or technical glitch, users can contact us within 7 working days with proof of transaction. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 10-15 working days.
